Live22 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using live22 services. By registering or using any feature of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and live22 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the live22 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or other approved means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
These terms apply to all platform users, including those who browse without a registered account, registered members, and any party accessing live22 content or services via authorised links, embeds, or APIs. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. live22 reserves the right to amend this document at any time without prior notice; however, material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Registration eligibility requirements
To register and use a live22 account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- Is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
- Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using this service under local law.
- Register one account only; owning more than one account is strictly prohibited.
Account security responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity occurring through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify live22 immediately through the available support channels.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the live22 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or in any communication with the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other means to manipulate games, bets, or bonus systems.
- Colluding with other users to exploit promotional or bonus systems ("bonus abuse").
- Attempting to access systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorisation.
- Distributing offensive or obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through any communication feature on the platform.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing purposes.
Live22 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing an account while an investigation is in progress.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency and payment methods
All transactions on the live22 platform are processed in MYR (RM). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section. Available payment methods may vary from time to time based on system updates.
Deposit and withdrawal terms
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the chosen payment method. Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legally obtained and in their own name. The platform reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of the account verification process.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set according to the user's account tier and chosen withdrawal method. live22 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where bonus conditions have not yet been met. Any taxes or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are the user's sole responsibility.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform liability limits
Live22 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control such as internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or third-party interference. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount held in the user's active account balance at the time of the incident.
Account suspension and closure
Live22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or at the platform's discretion for operational or security reasons. In cases of legitimate account closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and no terms violations are confirmed.
Intellectual property and third-party links
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the live22 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or use any such materials without explicit written consent from live22.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. live22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Live22 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least three days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.
Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised version. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the current applicable terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the live22 platform shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation before initiating any legal proceedings.
